Procurement Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement For Procurement Consulting And Procurement Services For Vehicles And Equipment For Disaster Control In The State Of Baden-Württemberg. The Client Is Looking For A Service Provider Who Will Support Him In Procuring Vehicles And Equipment For Disaster Control. In Particular, The Contractor Must Provide The Following Primarily Technical Services, Whereby The Legal Assessment And Decision Remains With The Client: - Carrying Out Market Research On The Vehicles And Equipment To Be Procured For Civil Protection, In Particular With Regard To The Current State Of The Art And The Technical Possibilities - Preparing Service Descriptions Taking Into Account Technical Specifications And The Special Needs Of Civil Protection - Developing Proposals For Suitability And Award Criteria, Including Technical Evaluation Criteria - Processing Technical Applicant/Bidder Questions - Processing Complaints, In Particular Creating Letters Of Response To Complaints - Evaluating Applications To Participate Or Offers As Well As Developing Award Proposals For The Award Of Contracts - Creating Advance Information Letters - Creating Award Memoranda - Advice On Review Procedures In Addition, The Contractor Must Optionally Support And Accompany The Client On Request After The Respective Award In The Procurement Process, For Example In Construction Meetings, Model Approvals, Quality Tests And Acceptances And, If Necessary, Also With Regard To The Warranty Period After Acceptance. Legal Advice Services Are Not Included In The Order. The Services Are Advertised In The Form Of A Framework Agreement. The Client Specifies The Specific Services To Be Provided And Their Deadlines Individually In Each Individual Order. The Contractor Has No Right To Demand Services From The Framework Agreement. There Is No Entitlement To Further Assignment. The Type And Scope Of The Individual Assignment Can Vary For Each Individual Project. The Client Has The Right To Terminate Any Individual Order Placed On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement At Any Time. The Client Reserves The Right To Commission Any Additional Special Services. With Regard To The Non-Optional Services In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 6 Vgv, The Framework Agreement Has A Maximum Term Of Four Years From The Start Of The Services. If The Client Requests The Optional Services, The Conditions Of The Framework Agreement Continue To Apply To The Individual Orders Placed Up To The Maximum Term Until They Are Finally Processed By The Contractor, Even After Termination Of This Framework Agreement. The Maximum Amount Of Services Expected Under The Framework Agreement Is Up To A Total Of 500 Vehicles And Equipment, Which The Client Can Request Bundled For Each Individual Order As Part Of Individual Orders.
