The Rkh Kliniken Des Landkreises Karlsruhe Ggmbh Is Regularly Planning Various Measures For Structural Development At The Fürst-Stirum-Klinik Bruchsal And Rechbergklinik Bretten Locations In The Coming Years Up To And Including 2030. These Are Various Projects For New Construction, Dismantling, Conversion And Renovation At The Clinic Location With Its Various Buildings In Bruchsal And Bretten. These Are Primarily, But Not Exclusively, Ward Renovations And Conversions As Well As Construction Projects Within The Medical Functional Areas As Well As The Non-Medical Areas That Are Part Of Hospital Operations (E.G. Administration, Nursing School, Conference Rooms). These Measures Aim To Ensure High-Quality Hospital Care In Bruchsal And Bretten. The Measures Can In Particular Relate To New Construction, Conversion, Expansion, Renovation, Modernization, Infrastructure, Technology And Commissioning Measures At The Fürst-Stirum-Klinik Bruchsal And Rechbergklinik Bretten Locations. The Services Can Include Measures During Ongoing Clinic Operations. The Framework Agreement Does Not Include Individual Large Projects That Are Awarded Separately. The Measures For Structural Development Require, Among Other Things, Project Control And Project Management Services In The Areas Of Hospital Construction And Hospital Technology. The Services Are Based On Aho Issue No. 9, Project Management Services In The Construction And Real Estate Industry, As Of May 2025. Individual Calls Can Include Services From Project Levels 1 To 5 And Areas Of Activity A To E. The Type, Scope, Performance Period, Project Stages, Areas Of Activity, Personnel Deployment And Remuneration Are Specified In The Respective Individual Request. The Project Volumes Of The Individual Measures Range From Approximately Eur 4.5 Million (Gross) To Approximately Eur 30 Million (Gross) Including Cost Group 700. The Order Volume For Project Management Over The Planned Contract Period Of Four Years (Including A One-Year Extension Option) Is A Total Of Eur 2.5 Million (Net). In Order To Consolidate The Core Tasks Within The Framework Of Project Management At The Fürst-Stirum-Klinik Bruchsal And The Rechbergklinik Bretten Locations, A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Three Offices In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2 And Paragraph 4 Vgv Is To Be Commissioned. There Will Be No Obligation To Purchase For The Rkh Kliniken Der Karlsruhe Ggmbh District. The Respective Individual Contracts Should Be Awarded Individually In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Framework Agreement Without A New Award Procedure.
