The Subject Of The Competition Is To Develop The Concept Of The Victoria Culture Quarter At The Ruins Of The Victoria Theater In Gliwice (Implementation Part) And The Vision Of The Development Of The Area Located At Ul. Barlickiego 3 Along With A Fragment Of Al. Przyjaźń Located Between Ul. Zwycięstwa And Ul. Dworcowa. The Competition Includes: 1) Implementation Part - Expansion Of The Ruins Of The Victoria Theater; 2) Study Part - Development Of The Section Of Aleja Przyjaźni, Located Between Zwycięstwa And Dworcowa Streets, And The Courtyard Of The Youth Cultural Center.
