The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing Of A Waste Compactor With A Blade. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Compactor With A Blade Intended For Compacting Waste. The Machine Was Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2004 And After Complete Reconstruction Carried Out No Earlier Than In 2026. The Offered Machine Cannot Be A Prototype. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To This Tor. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. Information On The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks By The Contractor/Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract - Art. 60 And 121 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Perform Key Parts Of The Order Personally. 4. When Specifying Standards Requirements, The Contracting Authority Indicates This As A Requirement To Meet These Standards Or Equivalent Ones. 5. The Parameters Of Financing In The Form Of Operational Leasing Are Specified In The Important Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Content Of Annex No. 3 Constitutes An Integral Annex To The Leasing Agreement. 6. The Contractor, Together With The Machine, Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With: A) An Operating Manual, B) A Warranty Book, C) Complete Technical Documentation, Including An Extract From The Approval Certificate, D) Complete Documentation Regarding The Operation Of The Machine. 7) Moreover: A) The Contractor Must Indicate An Authorized Warranty Service Authorized To Perform Warranty And Post-Warranty Repairs Of The Machine In Poland, Located Closest To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. B) The Minimum Warranty Period For A Complete Machine Is 24 Months Or 2000 Mth - Whichever Comes First. C) The Term Of All Guarantees Starts From The Date Of Delivery Of The Complete Machine To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Instructions On How To Operate The Machine Within A Total Time Of 7 Hours, Including 4 Hours At The Ordering Partys Premises (Theoretical/Demonstration Instruction) And 3 Hours In The Field (Practical/Demonstration Instruction), Dedicated To At Least 2 Persons, I.E. Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Time Spent On These Activities Cannot Be A Cost Burden To The Ordering Party. During The Instruction, Several Activities Related To The Machine Operators Occupational Health And Safety And Instructions On How To React To Machine Failures Should Be Carried Out, So That The Contractor Does Not Question The Subject Of The Order In The Future, I.E. Under The Guarantee And Warranty, As To The Incorrect Use Of The Machine. The Instruction Should Be Carried Out On The Day Of Receipt Of The Machine. Confirmation Of The Instruction Should Be Included In The Machine Acceptance Report. E) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Subject Of The Order, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. F) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Install Gps Or Gps System Devices In The Machine
