Contractors Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure In Terms Of Technical Or Professional Capacity May Apply For The Contract - This Condition Will Be Met If The Contractor Proves That: He Has Carried Out With Due Diligence At Least One Delivery Of Radiotelephones In The Last 3 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And If The Period Of Business Is Shorter - During This Period, With A Value Of At Least Pln 400,000 Gross.
