The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is: Selection Of A Contractor For The M&R Under Project No. Bg16ffpr003-2.006-0020 Unified Health In The North-West Region, For The Object: Major Repair Of A Garden In Front Of The White Eagles Stadium, Pi 56722.662.1, Upi I-For Landscaping, Quarter 312 According To The Plan Of The City Of Pleven. An Integral Part Of The Documentation Are And The Approved Investment Project For The Object In The Working Project Phase (Parts Parking And Improvement, Structural, Electrical And Geodesy), As Well As The Bill Of Quantities For Valuation - A Sample Of The Contracting Authority. The Major Renovation Project Also Includes Ennobling The Park Environment, Better Functional Organization Of The Space, Improvement Of Lighting And Construction Of Video Surveillance For The Entire Territory Of The Garden. The Planned Activities Will Lead To The Creation Of A Safer, Aesthetically Pleasing And Functional Urban Environment. The Realization Of The Investment Intention Will Contribute To Improving The Conditions For Sports, Games And Recreation Of The Residents Of The Area, Will Increase The Quality Of The Urban Environment And Will Ensure Sustainable Development Of The Green System Of The City Of Pleven. According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, B. D Of Zut, The Above-Described Construction Falls Into Iv Category, Fourth Group. According To The Park Planning And Landscaping Part Of The Project, It Is Foreseen: At The Moment, The Vegetation In The Garden Is In Poor Condition. There Is Dried Woody Vegetation That Is Being Removed. All Trees Need Gradual Regeneration Of The Crown. Before Starting, The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works On The Site, Activities Related To Cutting And Pruning Of Dangerous And Dry Woody Vegetation, Shaping Tree Crowns, Securing Woody Vegetation Threatening The Life And Health Of People Must Be Carried Out. The Space Is Also Being Shaped, Saving Some Of The Facilities And Making New Ones, Including Alleys. According To The Design Development In The Geodesy Part: The Terrain On Which The Object Is Located Has A Slope In The Northeast Direction, From Where The Main Direction Of Surface Water Drainage Is Determined In The Direction Of The Open Lawns In The Site And Parts Of It To The Adjacent Streets. In Terms Of Power Supply And Capacities: The Facility Will Be Powered By A Single Source. Backup Power Supply For The Site Is Not Required And Is Not Provided For In The Project. Led Lighting Fixtures With Reduced Electricity Consumption Will Be Used For Lighting The Alleys In The Site. There Are Also Other Electronic Security Cameras, As Well As Video Surveillance.
