Estimated Validity Period: Order Implementation Period: 28 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, In Accordance With § 4 Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement, Contained In Volume Ii Of The Swz, Including: A) Completion Of All Works (Subject To The Point Below), For The Basic Scope And Options (If Activated), Confirmed By The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Including The Provision Of Complete As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party And The Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Set Of Documents Related To Certification Process - 20 (Twenty) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, B) Providing The Ordering Party With Permits For Putting Structural Subsystems Into Operation, In Accordance With The Railway Transport Act For The Basic Scope And Options (If Activated) - No Longer Than Within 8 (Eight) Months From The Date Of The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party.
