The Subject Of The Order Are Snow Removal Services On Municipal And Internal Roads In The Długołęka Commune, Including Bicycle Paths, Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Bus Bays, Bus Stops And The Area Of Two Municipal Cemeteries (In The Towns Of Borowa And Łozina) - Consisting In Removing Snow From The Road And Roadsides And Accompanying Facilities, As Well As Services For Eliminating And Preventing Winter Slipperiness Occurring On Roads And Associated Facilities Due To The Formation Of A Layer Of Ice On Them, Icy Or Compacted Snow, Using Chemical, Roughening Materials Or Mechanical Or Partly Manual Removal (Removal), Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As: Snow Removal Services - In Order To: 1) Ensure Safety And Increase Traffic Comfort - In Accordance With The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 889, As Amended); 2) Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Commune - In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended).
