Tenders Are Invited For The Provision Of Inspector Services For North South Interconnector (Nsic) S47 Special Order [644]

The Contracting Authority’S Objective In Publishing This Rft Is To Procure An Inspector To Review An Application For A Special Order(S) In Respect Of The North South Interconnector And All Submissions Received; Ultimately Providing The Contracting Authority With A Reasoned Report Setting Out, Inter Alia, Their Recommendation On Whether The Special Order(S) Should Be Granted Or Not. The Contracting Authority Would Consider The Inspector’S Reasoned Report When Making A Decision On Whether Or Not To Grant The Special Order(S) That Has Been Applied For. The Inspector Will Also Chair A Public Inquiry (If The Contracting Authority Deems Such An Inquiry To Be Expedient) Held During The Course Of The Application For A Special Order(S) To Afford Likely Affected Stakeholders An Opportunity To Make Oral Submissions On The Application.
