The Marketing Firm Must Have Experience Managing Highly Recognized Brand Names, Possess Excellent Creative Development Skills, Provide High Quality Results In A Cost Effective Manner, Work Willingly With The District As A Non-Exclusive Contractor, And Recognize And Accept That The District Has Internal Marketing Capabilities That Will Be Implemented From Time To Time.
