Oconee County Is Seeking To Identify A Qualified Design And Construction Team That Offers The Best Combination Of Expertise And Cost-Effectiveness For The Restoration Of Oconee Countys Heritage Parks Current Trail System, The (Re)Establishment Of Trails On New Property, And Providing All New Trail Wayfinding And Interpretive Signage. Please See Section Ii Of The Bid Documents For A Full Scope Of Work. A Bid Bond* In The Amount Of Five Percent (5%) Of The Total Bid Amount And A Consent Of Surety Must Be Included With Your Bid Submission Prior To The Bid Closing.
