The Conference Begins Promptly At 1:00 P.M. On Thursday, September 3, 2026. Bidders Will Meet By The 1St Floor Elevator At Tate Student Center Parking Deck, 45 Baxter Street Athens ,Ga. Hourly Parking Rates Are Published. Transportation Will Be Provided To Three Student Housing Facilities And Back To The Tate Student Center Parking Deck. Please Limit Attendees To Two (2) Per Bidding Company. Late Arrivals Will Not Be Allowed To Join The Group. This Solicitation Is To Establish An Agency Contract For The University Of Georgia. The Initial Term Of The Contract Andany Renewal Options Shall Bein Accordance With The Agency Contract Cover Sheet.Any Contract Award(S) Resulting From The Rfq Will Be Made To The Lowest, Responsive And Responsible Supplier(S) Meeting All Specifications And With Whom The University Of Georgia Has Reached Agreement On All Contract Terms And Conditions.
