Covenant Health Invites Qualified Design Firms And Teams To Submit A Statement Of Qualifications In Response To This Request For Qualifications (“Rfq”). This Is Stage 1 Of A Two-Stage Procurement To Select A Design Consultant Team For A New Health Facility Aligned With The Covenant Wellness Community Model. The Site Will Be A Master-Planned Community Anchored By A Community Health Centre (Chc) Which Will Be The Focus Of The Proposal. 5 Shortlisted Teams Will Be Invited To Stage 2, A Request For Proposals (“Rfp”). Details And Location Of The Development To Be Released During Stage 2 Of The Process.
