This Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) Seeks Participants To Produce Company-Specific Expert Services For The Development Of Responsibility. The University Of Oulu And Pohjois-Pohjanmaan Yrittäjät Ry (Ppy) Will Procure The Services Described In This Dps For The Needs Of The University Of Oulu And Ppys Power Of Responsibility Project. Expert Services Are Tendered Among The Suppliers Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System Through Dpss Internal Tendering Process (Later Mini-Tendering). In The Mini-Competition, A Request For Tender Is Sent To All Suppliers Approved For Dps. The Object Of The Procurement Is Company-Specific Expert Services To Promote Responsibility In Micro And Sme Companies. During The Project, Company-Specific Expert Services Will Be Offered To Approximately 30 Companies To Develop Responsibility. The Target Group Is Micro And Sme Companies In The Project Area That Want To Develop Their Responsibility. The Expert Service Is Subject To De Mininis Support For Client Companies. Client Companies Have A 20% Deductible For Expert Services. The Subscriber Acts As The Payer Of The Expert Service And Takes Care Of The Invoicing Of The Client Company. Future Acquisitions Can Be Targeted Anywhere In The Projects Operational Area: Haapavesi, Siikalatva, Oulainen, Pyhäntä, Lumijoki, Kempele, Tyrnävä, Muhos, Vaala, Liminka, Hailuoto, Utajärvi, Oulu, Ii, Pudasjärvi, Taivalkoski And Kuusamo. The Method Of Implementation Of Expert Services Acquired Within This Dps Can Be Local, Remote Or Hybrid, Depending On The Need, The Implementation Method Will Be Specified In The Tender Requests. Dps Can Be Joined By All Bidders Who Have Something To Offer In One Or More Sub-Areas. The First Internal Competition Will Be Published Approximately In October-November 2026.
