Purpose Of Request For Information: This Request For Information Is Intended To Clarify Questions Related To The Establishment Of The Models Identified In The Työkykyinen Finland Program 2023–2027 In The Structures Of Organizations And The Evaluation Of The Establishment Process To Support Decision-Making (Hereinafter The Project Of Establishing And Evaluating The Models Of The Työkykyinen Finland Program). The Goal Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Comprehensive Information About The Project, The Establishment And Evaluation Of The Models Identified By The Working Capable Finland Program, So That A Possible Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Appropriate Way. The Procurement Consists Of The Following Areas: 1) Establishing The Operating Models Identified In The Working Capable Finland Program. Lets Find Out The Incentives Of The Welfare Regions To Carry Out Work Ability Assessments. A Concrete Report On The Issue Will Be Produced.B. Cooperation Between Occupational Health Care And Employment Areas A. A Regional Pilot Will Be Launched In Cooperation Between Occupational Health Care And Employment Areas. The Goal Is To Strengthen The Assessment Of The Health Status And Work Ability Of The Long-Term Unemployed And Restore Work Ability. A Concrete Pilot And Development Proposals To Strengthen Cooperation Will Be Produced. B. Strengthening Occupational Health Care Expertise In Employment Services:I. Describe The Available Key Services/Information And Skills Related To Occupational Health Care Expertise That The Employment Services Can Use In Their Work.Ii. Piloting The Need For Employment Services, Taking Into Account The Possibilities Of Utilizing Occupational Health Care Expertise In Employment Services. We Will Produce A Concrete Pilot And Concrete Development Proposals For The Means Of Strengthening Competence.C. As Confirmation Of The Implementation Of The Job Operating Model. The Situational Picture Of The Use Of The Työote Operating Model And The Means To Confirm The Implementation Will Be Clarifiedb. We Will Strengthen Cooperation Between Different Actors In The Welfare Area, Where The Työote Operating Model Does Not Yet Work Or Is In The Early Stages Of Its Operation. We Will Strengthen The Information Base For Decision-Making By Producing An Up-To-Date And Comprehensive Situational Picture Of The Implementation Of The Working Finland Program 2023–2027, Utilizing Existing Information.B. On The Basis Of Point A), Lets Analyze How The Measures Of Different Administrative Branches Have Together Promoted The Work And Activity Ability Of Working-Age People In Accordance With The Goal Of The Government Program. The 2026–2027 Funding Is Available For The Procurement As Follows:- 87,000 Euros In 2026–2027 And Will Be Used To Start At Least Point 1A And Prepare Point 1B- 262,000 Euros In 2026–2027 (Currently As A Conditional And Contract Option). The Funding Will Complete The Entire Project, If The Decision To Receive Funding Is Confirmed At The Beginning Of 2027.
