Tenders Are Invited For Translation Gateway Maintenance And User Support Service (Estonian Language Institute)

The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Contract For Ordering The Maintenance Work And User Support Of The Translation Gateway Software Under The Conditions Specified In The Basic Documents Of The Public Procurement. The Estimated Cost Of The Framework Contract During The Contract Period Is €1,000,000 And The Maximum Possible Total Cost Is €3,000,000 Without Vat With A Duration Of Up To 48 Months (Or Until The Maximum Volume Is Filled) From The Signing Of The Contract. As A Result Of The Public Procurement, A Framework Contract Will Be Concluded With One Service Provider. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Ordered In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Basic Documents. The Works Ordered On The Basis Of The Framework Contract Primarily Include: 1. Software Maintenance Works On The Basis Of A Monthly Fee; 2. On The Basis Of The Hourly Price, Additional Software Development Works To Be Ordered; 3. User Support Service Based On A Monthly Fee; 4. On The Basis Of The Hourly Price, In Addition To The Consulting Services Of Partners And Users. The Framework Agreement Does Not Oblige The Customer To Order Works Based On The Monthly Fees Or The Hourly Price Based On The Framework Agreement In The Absence Of Budget, Other Resources Or The Need.
