On The Basis Of § 77 (3) Of The Rhs, Appendix 1 Is Issued Only To Applicants/Joint Applicants Who Have Signed And Submitted A Confidentiality Declaration, Who Have Not Been Eliminated In The Public Procurement And Are Qualified. The Tenderer Must Submit The Unit Prices In Appendix 2. The Estimated Cost Of The Framework Contract Is €90,000. The Public Procurement Is Combined With The Previous Public Procurement Maintenance And Repair Of Ups Equipment For Monitoring Positions (Reference Number: 292817) On The Basis Of § 24 Subsection 2 P. 1 Of The Rhs, Therefore The Procedural Rules Applicable To Public Procurement Above The International Threshold Apply To The Organization Of The Public Procurement.
