Framework Agreement For Course And Conference Services . Description The Client Is The Norwegian Labor Inspectorate (Hereafter Also Referred To As The Client Or The Customer). The Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority Is A State Agency, Subordinate To The Ministry Of Labor And Inclusion. The Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority Directs Its Efforts Towards Target Groups Where There Is The Greatest Need To Change The State Of The Working Environment. The Labor Inspectorate Consists Of Two Units - The Directorate For The Labor Inspectorate And The Inspectorate With Ten Departments. The Agency Has Offices That Meet Businesses All Over The Country. We Are Approx. 750 Employees Spread Over 22 Office Locations. Employees Of The Employer Regularly Need To Gather In Larger Or Smaller Groups Outside Their Own Office Premises. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement That Covers The Clients Needs For Course And Conference Services At 44 Locations (Cities, Towns Or Other Places) In Norway. The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas. Within Each Sub-Area, Sub-Contracts Must Be Established For The Relevant Locations. We Want Offers For: Subarea 1 • Day Package ≥10 Participants Which Includes Meeting Rooms Including Technical Equipment, Break Food And Lunch, Water, Coffee And Tea Throughout The Event. • Half-Day Package ≥10 Participants Which Includes Meeting Rooms Including Technical Equipment, Water, Coffee And Tea Throughout The Event. Subarea 2 • Day Package ≥10 Participants Which Includes Meeting Rooms Including Technical Equipment, Break Food And Lunch, Water, Coffee And Tea Throughout The Event. • Accommodation In A Standard Room Including Breakfast For ≥10. • 2-Course Dinner Which Must Include A Main Course And Dessert.
