evaluation Of The Collaborative Project Sustainable Sick Leave . Description The Collaborative Project Sustainable Sick Notification (Bs) Is Part Of Aids Work With Follow-Up Of The Agreement On Reduced Sickness Absence And Dropout From Working Life (Ia Agreement). The Collaborative Project Is Anchored In The State Budget (Chapter 601, Item 75 Subsidy For Valid Sick Leave) And Annual Allocations From Aid To The Norwegian Medical Association. With The Procurement, The Client Wishes To Implement An Evaluation Project Which Is Both Aimed At Mapping The Effects/Results Of The Measures In The Collaborative Project Bs, At The Same Time As It Is Relevant To Map And Assess The Efforts And Activities In The Collaborative Project. Reporting Along The Way Must Help Ensure That The Measures, If Any, Can Be Adjusted. The Procurement Is Related To Work With Follow-Up Of Those On Sick Leave And In Particular The Interaction Between Gp And Patient. The Collaborative Project Will Strengthen The Gps Role In Sickness Absence Work, And Increase The Health Skills Of The Population. The Project Involves Initiating Measures Aimed At Both Gps And Patients. The Measure Includes Both Awareness-Raising And Training Measures Aimed At Gps About Their Sick Reporting Practices, And Measures To Increase Patients Awareness And Understanding Of Sickness Absence. The Aim Is That The Collaboration Between Doctor And Patient Regarding Sick Leave Should Improve, And In That Way Contribute To Fewer, Shorter And Better Adapted Sick Leave, Including Increased Use Of Graded Sick Leave. There Is A Need For Knowledge That Maps The Activities In The Collaborative Project, Whether The Measures Are Considered Relevant In The Consultation With Those On Sick Leave, Whether The Measures Have An Effect On The Gps Sick Reporting Practice And Whether The Gps Feel That Cooperation With The Sick, The Employer And The Norwegian Labor And Welfare Agency Has Improved And Whether Their Role And Responsibility In The Follow-Up Of Sickness Absence Has Become Clearer. There Is Also A Need For Knowledge On Whether The Collaborative Project Has Contributed To Reduced Sickness Absence. The Collaboration Project Is A Development Project Where It Is Appropriate To Give Feedback Along The Way (Evaluation Of Process). Based On Acquired Knowledge About And Dialogue With The Collaborative Project, There Is A Need For Procedural Assistance With An Assessment Of Whether The Collaborative Project Should Adjust The Approaches And Activities In The Project.
