Binding Requirements For Vehicles, Superstructures, Documentation, Training, Service And Handover Are Set Out In Annex 1 - Requirements Specification Hook Car. The Competition Also Includes Trade-In/Purchase Of Simass Existing Hook Truck. The Tenderer Must State The Full Price For A New Complete Hook Truck And A Separate Purchase Offer/Trade-In Price For Simass Existing Hook Truck. The Trade-In Price Must Be Stated As A Positive Value. The Evaluated Price Is Calculated As The Sum Of The Price Items Included In The Price Evaluation, With Deductions For The Trade-In Price. The Tenderer Must Fill In The Sheet Price Structure In Appendix 1 And Upload Their Own Price Attachments In Kgv. The Tenderer Must Not Only Deliver One Total Net Price From Which The Trade-In Value Has Been Deducted. The Competition Is Conducted As An Open Tender Without Negotiation In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act (Loa) And The Public Procurement Regulations (Foa) Part Iii. All Communication And Submission Of Offers Must Take Place Via Kgv (Artifik). Qualification Requirements Must Be Documented By Espd In Kgv And Include Legal Establishment, Economic And Financial Capacity, As Well As Technical And Professional Capacity, Including Relevant References And Documented Workshop Network/Service Apparatus. Award Is Made On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On The Following Criteria: Price (40%), Environment (30%), Quality And Performance (20%) And Service And Uptime (10%).
