With The B3 House As A “Community Center For Encounters And Exercise”, A New Place For The Social, Cultural And Club Life Of The Community Is Being Created In The Niederzier District Of Oberzier On The Site Of The Clubhouse. As Part Of This Tender, Structural Planning Services For The New Building Will Be Awarded. This Includes The Static And Structural Planning Of The Building. The Project Eliminates The Local Areas Lack Of A Suitable Meeting Place And Public Spaces For Encounters. At The Same Time, A Clubhouse Previously Located At This Address No Longer Meets The Requirements Of The Targeted User Groups And Is In Serious Need Of Renovation. Against This Background, The Multifunctional B3 House Is Being Built At The Location Of The Previous Clubhouse As A “Community Center For Meetings And Exercise”.
