The Subject Of The Order Includes Supplies Of The Following Groups Of Food Products - Meat, Meat Products, Basic Food Products And Others.The Full Description Of The Individual Items (Food Products), Their Indicative Quantity, The Subject Of Delivery, As Well As The Conditions And Requirements For The Performance Of The Activities From The Subject Of The Assignment, Are Described In Detail In These Instructions And In The Technical Specification Attached To Them.The Delivered Food Products Must Be Extra Or First Quality /Class/ And Be Accompanied By The Relevant Quality Certificate, Document Of Origin Or Other Commercial Document. The Types Of Food Products That Are Subject To Delivery Are Detailed In The Attached Technical Specification.Food Products Should Meet The Requirements Of The Food Act, Ordinance No. 14 Of 09.12.2021 On Food Hygiene, Ordinance On The Provision Of Information To Consumers About Food Pron. Dv. No. 25 Of March 26, 2021, Health Act And Other Applicable Laws And Regulations.The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Approximate.The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Supply Of Food Products, According To The Arising Needs.The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Quantity Of Goods By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences Arising From This.Food Products Should Be Transported In Means Of Transport Registered In Accordance With The Food Law And The Currently Effective Regulations.
