The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Materials, Consumables And Spare Parts For The Construction For The Needs Of The Main Directorate Border Police - The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Its Territorial Units, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And All The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Against A Written Request By The Contracting Authority Or Persons Authorized By It. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Declare Types And Quantities Of Goods, According To Its Needs (Less Or More Than Stated In The Technical Specification) Within The Total Estimated Value And Is Not Obliged To Declare All Types And Quantities Of Goods. When The Procedure Was Opened, Funding Was Not Secured, Which Is Why A Clause For Deferred Implementation Is Provided In The Draft Contract. In This Case, Each Of The Parties May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion, According To Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated. When Conducting The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Apply The Procedure Under Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, As During The Opening And Examination Of The Offers, The Evaluation Committee Under Art. 103, Para. 1 Of The Zop Will Carry Out Actions According To Art. 61 Of Ppzop.
