The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Relevant Specific Position, Possessing The Necessary Professional Competence And Qualification For The Performance Of The Following Services: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Objects According To Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Corresponding By-Laws, Incl. Supervision Of The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction Under The Zut And Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Prepared Technical Passport Of The Site, According To Art. 176B Of The Zut And In The Scope Specified In Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works;Commissioning Of The Facility; The Complete Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Are Contained In The Technical Specification For Each Specific Position.The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Is Eur 27,500.00. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. Since The Total Value Of Individual Items #1, #2 And #6 Is Below Eur 5,500.00 Excluding Vat, They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Positions No. 1, No. 2 And No. 6, Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. The Residual Value Of The Order, After The Separation Of Separate Items #1, #2 And #6, Is Eur 22,600.00 Excluding Vat, Which Is Also The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
