The Object Is On The Territory Of The Plovdiv City Municipality And Is In Regular Operation, With The Administrative Address Tsu South, Se, Plovdiv, Kuklensko Shose Blvd. No. 17 E.System Servicing And Repairs Are Carried Out At Tsu South, South Industrial Zone /Yuz/, Plovdiv, Unless The Nature Of The Damage Or Inspection Requires Activities To Be Carried Out At The Participants Base.The Maintenance, Service And Repair Of The Fire Alarm System And Fire Extinguishing Systems Are Planned, Covering The Following Activities:Maintenance And Servicing Of The Mis And Pgs, Including Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Checks, Which Will Be Carried Out No Later Than The 25Th Of The Relevant Calendar Month; Carry Out, If Necessary And After Coordination With The Contracting Authority, Repairs Of Mis And Pgs.During The Initial Inspection Of The Mis And Pgs, The Contractor Must Perform The Following:• Check For The Presence Of Ipr And Pgs Logs And Create Them In The Absence Of Such;• Check For The Presence Of Instructions For The Operation Of Mis And Pgs;• Place Stickers With Contact Information;• To Check The Expiration Date Of The Rechargeable Batteries And Affix Stickers With Their Expiration Date.Every Visit For A Periodic Inspection Or An Extraordinary Visit For Other Reasons Is Recorded In The Diary Of The Pis And Pgs.​​​​​​The Maintenance And Servicing Of Mis And Pgs In Tsu South Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 8121Z-647/ 01.10.2014 On The Rules And Norms For Fire Safety During Operation Of The Objects And In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Standards
