The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of 1,000 Factory New, Unused Waste Receptacles (Metal Containers) For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Hayredin. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Metal Containers For Mixed Household Waste Type Crate With A Plastic Cover With A Volume Of At Least 1100 L And Warranty Support For The Removal Of Established Warranty Malfunctions And/Or Damages And/Or Inconsistencies And/Or Defects (Obvious Or Hidden/), Complete Replacement Of Defective Parts Or A Defective Vessel For The Duration Of The Warranty Commitment. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order, The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Will Be Realized, Are In Accordance With The Documentation For The Public Procurement And The Draft Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
