The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Provision Of Services For Preliminary Treatment Of Waste With Code 20 03 01 Mixed Household Generated From The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kaspichan With An Annual Amount Of About 2,500 T (Two Thousand Five Hundred Tons) Of Waste With Code 20 03 01 Mixed Household Waste.The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is Compliance With The Requirements Of National And European Legislation For The Treatment Of Mixed Household Waste Generated On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kaspichan.With The Implementation Of The Service Of Preliminary Treatment Of Mixed Household Waste, The Following Will Be Achieved: • Achieving A Higher Level Of Waste Management, According To The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Under Art. 6, Para. 1 From Zuo;• Implementation Of The Provision For Pre-Treatment Of Household Waste Before Disposal;• Supporting The Implementation Of The Goals At The Regional Level Under Art. 31, Para. 1 Of The Zuo In The Terms For Phased Achievement Defined In § 15 Of The Transitional And Final Provisions Of The Zuo;• Reducing The Amount Of Biodegradable Waste Destined For Landfill;• Limiting The Amount Of Landfilled Household Biodegradable Waste;Extraction Of Useful Raw Material From Mixed Household Waste And Its Transfer For Recovery;• Reduction Of The Amount Of Waste Remaining For Landfilling, Correspondingly Lower Costs Of Operating The Regional Landfill And Reduction Of The Harmful Impact Of Landfilled Waste On The Environment And Human Health;• Extending The Operational Period Of The Regional Depot And Saving The Municipality Financial Resources From Deductions Under Art. 60 And Art. 64 Of The Zuo;• Implementation Of The Strategic Goals Set By The National Waste Management Plan 2021-2028.With The Activities - Subject Of The Order, The Aim Is To Support The Fulfillment Of The Obligations Laid Down In The European And National Legislation For The Preliminary Treatment Of Mixed Household Waste Before Its Disposal, As Well As To Support The Fulfillment Of The Objectives Of The Municipality Of Kaspichan Under Art. 31, Para. 1, Item 1, Item 2 And Item 6 Of The Labor Code.The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor With Professional Qualifications For The Exercise Of This Type Of Activity And Put Into Operation Installation/Facilities For Pre-Treatment Of Mixed Household Waste With Codes 20 03 01.
