The Present Procedure Is Organized And Carried Out By The Contracting Authority With A View To Fulfilling Its Obligations To The Staff Of The State Psychiatric Hospital - Lovech, To Absorb The Funds For Its Social Household Services.The Provision Of Social Benefits, Determined In Accordance With Art. 293 Of The Ct Will Be Implemented Through Food Vouchers Under The Requirements Of Art. 209 Of The Civil Code And Ordinance No. 7 Of 07/09/2003. Of Mtsp And Mof. The Purpose Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Is A Food Voucher Operator Who Has Received A Permit And Is Operating Under The Terms And Conditions Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 09.07.2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Operate As A Paper And Electronic Food Voucher Operator, To Issue Food Vouchers On An Electronic Medium, The Characteristics Of The Issued Electronic Food Vouchers And Carrying Out Activity As An Operator.The Food Voucher Operator Shall Print And Deliver Food Vouchers As Per Monthly/Periodic Requests Of The Procuring Entity.
