​​​​The Scope Of The Order With The Subject: Service Support Of The System Of The National Information Bureau Of Chemicals Includes The Following Activities:1. Support For Operating System Backups Using Disk Images;2. Maintenance Of A Software Component For Automatically Checking System Activity At Certain Time Intervals And Restarting The Services Serving The Information System (Watchdog);3. Maintaining A Software Component For Periodic Automatic Backup Of The Database And Transaction Files In Order To Provide Backup Copies Of Information And Prevent Data Loss;4. History Maintenance With Backup Copies Created During Automatic Periodic Backup;5. Automatic Re-Indexing Of The Database In Order To Ensure The Validity Of The Data And Improve The Performance Of The System;6. Maintaining A Software Component For Periodically Restoring The Disk Space Of The Database And Updating The Statistical Information Of The Tabular Data In Order To Maintain A Working System With Concurrent Access To It;7. Reinstalling, If Necessary, The Information System And The Database To It On A New Hardware Or Virtual Platform Provided For The Purpose;8. Provision Of Access To The Nibh System For Officials In The Administration To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law On Electronic Government (Elg), Incl. Through Personal Identification With A Certificate For A Qualified Electronic Signature (Qes), As The Devices For Creating The Qes, Through Which The Identification Is Carried Out, Must Meet The Requirements Of Annex Ii Of Regulation (Eu) No. 910/2014 Of The European Parliament (Ep) And Of The Council Of 23 July 2014 On Electronic Identification And Authentication Services For Electronic Transactions In The Internal Market And To Repeal Directive 1999/93/Ec (Amended By Regulation (Eu) No. 2024/1183);​​​​9. Provision Of Mechanisms For Implementing Future Changes In The System Imposed In Connection With Changes In The Legal Framework. Such Changes Should Be Carried Out During The Entire Period Of Operation Of The System, Including During Service Maintenance.
