The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Collection, Transportation And Disposal/Treatment Of Hazardous And Other Waste From The Activities Of The Sveta Anna Umbal - Sofia Jsc. The Collection Is Carried Out From The Central Site Of The Medical Facility. The Collection And Transportation Of Hazardous Waste Should Be Carried Out According To The Schedule, And For Some Activities - Upon Request. Number Of Visits To The Medical Facility - At Least 2 Times A Week /According To An Established Schedule/, And If Necessary - Upon Additional Request By E-Mail To The Contractor. The Response Time For An Emergency Call Is At The Suggestion Of The Participant, In Hours, But Not More Than 4 Hours From The Time The Signal Is Submitted. The Service Is Provided With Transport Owned By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect The Waste With Its Own Containers, The Size And Characteristics Of Which Are Described In The Requirements For Each Individual Item. The Quantities Of The Activities From The Specification Attached To The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure Will Depend On The Specific Stated Needs Of The Contracting Authority For The Term Of The Contract - 36 Months From Its Conclusion. The Individual Types Of Activities For The Collection, Transportation And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Are Separated Into Two Separate Separate Items, As Follows:1. Separate Position No. 1: Collection, Transportation And Disposal/Treatment Of Hazardous Waste And Collection, Transportation And Utilization/Recycling Of Other Waste From The Activities Of The St. Anna Umbal - Sofia Ad2. Separate Position #2: Collection, Transportation And Disposal Of Chemicalsbids May Be Submitted For One Or More Individual Positions. The Participation For A Specific Position Is Complex, As The Participants Submit Only One Offer For The Execution Of The Order And The Presentation Of Variants Is Not Allowed.
