The Route Has A Total Length Of About 3,240.00 M And Does Not Affect Roads From The Republican Road Network.In The Section From Km 2+673 To Km 3+287.85, The Municipal Road Falls Within The Settlement, Where A Roadway With Two Lanes Of 3.00 M And Sidewalks Of 2X1.50 M Is Planned. In The Remaining Sections, The Roadway Includes Two Lanes Of 3.00 M And Benches Of 2X1.00 M.For The Site, There Is An Approved Investment Project And A Construction Permit Issued No. 552/17.12.2025, Certified As Coming Into Force On 05.01.2026.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities:Construction, Including:Temporary Construction;Dismantling Works;Delivery Of Necessary Materials And Equipment;Construction And Assembly Works;Preparation Of Executive And Executive Documentation;Geodetic Recording Of Cadastral Data Of The Built Object And Obtaining A Certificate Under Art. 54A, Para. 3 Of The Law On The Cadastre And Property Register (Zkir);All Construction Acceptance Activities With Protocol No. 16 For Establishing Suitability For Construction Acceptance (For Constructions From The First To Third Category) And Obtaining A Permit For Use, Resp. Commissioning Certificate;Activities During The Period For Reporting Defects And Warranty Period Of Cmr, According To Bulgarian Legislation.The Term For The Implementation Of The Smr Provided For In The Approved Investment Project Is 180 Calendar Days, And The Same Begins Upon Signing Of Protocol No. 2 For The Opening Of A Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level Of Construction, Resp. Protocol No. 2A (For The Technical Infrastructure) And Ends With The Signing Of The Constitutive Act No. 15 For Establishing The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction From Ordinance No. 3 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Without Comments Or, When Such Are Identified Until The Signing Of A Protocol, On The Basis Of Which The Contracting Authority Accepts The Removed Comments).​​​​​​
