Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out Specialized Transportation Of Teachers And Students From St. St. Cyril And Methodius Su, Ugarchin During The Academic Year 2026/2027 On 3/Three/ Separate Positions

The Specialized Car Transportation Of The Teachers And Students From The St. St. Cyril And Methodius Secondary School, Ugarchin, Will Be Carried Out Both To The School, Where Their Training Will Take Place, And Back To Their Place Of Residence. The Transport Will Be Carried Out Every Present Day Of The Academic Year 2026/2027 According To Preliminary Route Schedules, An Integral Part Of This Documentation, In Compliance With All The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Regulatory Requirements Related To The Assigned Activity In Compliance With The Safety Conditions. The Route Timetables On Which The Transport Will Be Carried Out Have Been Prepared In Accordance With Annex No. 9A Of Ordinance No. 33 Of 3.11.1999 On Public Transport Of Passengers And Cargo On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Timetable, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Contract, Must Be Signed By Both Parties To The Contract For Specialized Transport And Agreed With The Regional Department Automotive Administration According To The Carriers Place Of Registration, And Is An Integral Part Of The Contract.The Regional Department Automotive Administration Agrees The Schedule With A List Submitted By The Contractor, Containing The Names Of The Transported Persons According To The Contract And A Declaration That They Are Students. * If Necessary, The Routes Are Updated Unilaterally By The Contracting Authority After The Start Of The Academic Year. Changes In The Timetables Are Permissible If This Is Required By Changes In The Schools Curricula. ​​​​​​​
