The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 And Item 2 Of Zut, Control Of Compliance With The Requirements Under Art. 169, Paragraphs 1 And 3 And Art. 169B, Para. 1 Of The Zut, During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) Related To The Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Municipal Road Network, Pavements And Construction Of A New Street In Populated Areas In The Municipality Of Dulovo.Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, Including:Exercising Construction Supervision In Compliance With Relevant Legislation, Covering Ensuring The Lawful Commencement Of Construction Works;Carrying Out Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Drawing Up Of The Acts And Protocols During The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works;Carrying Out Control Regarding Compliance With The Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions, As Well As Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of Smr;Carrying Out Quality Control Of The Input Construction Materials And Products And Their Compliance With Safety Standards; Ensuring Lawful Completion Of Cmp;Quality Implementation Of Construction And Installation Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Investment Project And The Clauses Of The Construction Contract;Signing Of All Acts, Protocols, Etc.
