By Means Of The Present Award In Accordance With The Twenty-Sixth Chapter Of The Zop - Collection Of Bids With An Announcement - Special Position No. 1 Bread And Bakery Products And Special Position No. 2 Milk And Milk Products Are Awarded.Separate Item No. 3 Packaged Food Products Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Current Call For Bids With An Advertisement And Participants Do Not Submit Bids For It. It Is Awarded Independently According To The Procedure Applicable To Its Individual Estimated Value, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.Deliveries Are Made Periodically, After Previously Submitted Requests By The Contracting Authority, In Quantities, Terms And Assortment, Tailored To The Current Needs Of The Kindergarten.The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specifications Are Approximate. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Declare And Accept The Entire Estimated Quantity For The Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Compensation If The Requested Quantities Are Less Than The Estimated Ones.
