Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Through Purchase, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Maintenance Of 1 (One) Pump With A Capacity Of At Least 1000 M3/Hour And 1 (One) Vacuum System With Two Vacuum Pumps

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of 1 (One) Pump With A Capacity Of At Least 1000 M3/Hour And 1/ One/ Number/ Vacuum System With Two Vacuum Pumps, Which Must Be New And Unused, As Well As Meet All Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Including In Terms Of Technical Operation, Safety Standards And Connection To The Electrical Network. The Delivered Item Must Be In Original Packaging With Intact Integrity And Accompanied By A Warranty Card. The Contractor Should Ensure The Commissioning Of Pumping Water From The Danube River And Free Warranty Maintenance Of The Supplied Pump And Vacuum System With Two Vacuum Pumps Within A Period Of Not Less Than 12 (Twelve) Months, Repair And/Or Replace Defective Equipment And/Or Equipment Or Its Component At His Own Expense Within A Period Of Not More Than 10 Working Days, Counted From The Notification By The Employer Of The Damage That Has Occurred.The Warranty Period Specified By The Contractor Begins To Run From The Date Of Commissioning, I.E. From The Date Of The Installation Protocol.The Description And Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Attached Technical Specification - Appendix No. 5 Of The Public Procurement Conditions.
