Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of New Kitchen Equipment (Electrical Appliances), For Which The Contractor Assumes Warranty Responsibility For Any Discrepancies, Defects And/Or Damage Within The Warranty Period. The Contractor Undertakes, Within The Performance Period, To Provide, At His Own Expense, Training And Instruction To The Staff Of The Employer In Working With The Kitchen Equipment.Full Information On The Requirements For The Manner And Order Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Names, The Requirements For The Technical Characteristics, The Unit Of Measure And The Quantity Of The Items Are Described In Detail In The Attached Table To The Technical Specification.The Deadline For Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Is Offered By The Participants In The Technical Proposal And Cannot Exceed 20 (Twenty) Calendar Days. This Term Includes The Time From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract To The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol For The Completed Installation And Commissioning In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification.This Term Also Includes Briefing And Training Of The Employers Staff For Working With The Kitchen Equipment, Which Is Certified By A Protocol For The Staff Briefing And Training.The Warranty Period For The Delivered Items Is Offered By The Participants In The Technical Proposal And Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol For The Completed Installation And Commissioning In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification.Within The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove All Established Inconsistencies, Defects And/Or Damage To The Delivered Kitchen Equipment, Including By Replacing The Relevant Item Or Individual Parts Thereof At His Own Expense. ​​​​​​​
