This Contract Is For Exercise Of Construction Supervision For Sites Major Repair Of Streets In The Village Of Chukovets, Major Repair Of Streets In The Village Of Alekovo And Major Repair Of Streets In The Village Of Kutlovitsa, Financed Under Intervention Ii.D.6 Investments In Basic Services And Small-Scale Infrastructure In Rural Areas, Financed Through The Strategic Plan For The Development Of Agriculture And Rural Areas Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Period 2023-2027The Objects Are The Fourth Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter E Of The Zut. Streets Are The Second Group Of Constructions From The Transport Infrastructure According To Art. 5, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Prvvcprs. The Consultant Must Carry Out The Functions Arising From The Zut Through The Key Experts Specified In His Proposal. All Technically Legally Competent Natural Persons Engaged In The Objects Of The Scope Of This Order Must Be Included In The List Of Legally Competent Natural Persons, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Issued Certificate For The Exercise Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Construction Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut.
