The Public Contract, Executable Under The Conditions Described In The Present Documentation For Participation In The Procedure, Is Subject To: Engineering /Design, Construction And Author Supervision/ Of A Site: Reconstruction Of Blagoi Ivanov Street In The Section From Petko Napetov Street To Georgi Mihailov Street, Knezha City.The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes:- Designing;- Exercising Authors Supervision During Smp;- Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works.The Tasks And Activities Under This Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Part Of The Documentation Under This Public Procurement.The Contractor/S Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation.Keep In Mind That The Selected Contractor Should Prepare A Project In The Technical Phase. Wherever In The Documentation Under Draft Preparation, The Previous Clarification Should Be Taken Into Account.
