Double Procurement Of The Executive Project For The Redevelopment Of The Vilafranca De Sant Feliu De Llobregat Passage.The Object Of The Contract That Proposes To Carry Out Consists Of The Execution Of The Works Described In The Executive Project For The Redevelopment Of The Vilafranca Passage. (Exp Oord2026000003) The Object Of The Project Is The Redevelopment Of The Vilafranca Passage In Sant Feliu De Llobregat. The Action Has Its Origin In A Participatory Process Carried Out With The Neighborhood Between The Months Of March And July 2025. The Project Consists Of An Improvement Of The Urbanization Of The Passage, Which Currently Has A Sauló Pavement, Which Favors The Use By Dogs And In An Improvement Of The Green Space, Especially That Which Borders The Ground Floors Of The Homes. The Most Voted Proposal Consisted Of Paving The Space With A Paving Pavement And Uniformizing The Treatment Of The Flower Beds Adjacent To The Low Floors, With Planters And Bushy Vegetation Planting Forming A Fence To Protect The Views Of The Low Floors. The Mulberry Trees Are Maintained And The Surrounding Vegetation Is Improved With Wider Hedges And Shrubby And Carpeting Vegetation. The Project Also Includes The Renovation Of The Lighting And The Unitary Sewer Collector To Carrer Sant Josep, As Well As The Burying Of An Overhead Crossing Of A Telephone Line. The Scope Of Intervention Of This Project Includes The Passage Vilafranca, Between Carrer Sant Josep And Passage Comín; With A Total Area Of ​​872.90 M². The Works That Are The Subject Of This Contract Will Coexist With The Weekly Market That Takes Place On Mondays In Carrer Sant Josep, Between Ramon And Cajal And Rupert Lladó Streets. For This Reason, Carrer Sant Josep Is Closed On Mondays From 7 Am To 4 Pm. All Expenses Associated With The Previous Inputs Must Be Taken Into Account At The Time Of Making The Offer, As They Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor, With No Right To Claim Against The City Council.
