2026/8156 Music Therapy Service Of The Vibrem Project.The Object Of The Contract Is The Service Of Music Therapy Sessions (Vibrem Project) Intended For Adult And Pediatric Patients In Situations Of Palliative Care, Complex Chronicity Or Long-Term Hospitalization Who, Temporarily Or Permanently, Are Deprived Of The Right Of Universal Access To Culture. The Object Includes Music Therapy Sessions Of One Hour Each, Which Can Be Individual Or Group, At Home Or In Socio-Sanitary Spaces, In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions That Are Detailed In The Technical Prescription Package. This Contract Is Part Of The Existing Collaboration Between The Provincial Government Of Girona And The University Hospital Of Girona Dr. Josep Trueta, Member Of The Catalan Institute Of Health (Ics) (En Andavant Hospital), Formalized By Means Of A Protocol Of Intentions Approved By The Board Of Governors Of The Provincial Government Of Girona, Which Foresees, Among Other Monitoring Mechanisms, The Creation Of A Mixed Commission Made Up Of Representatives Of Both Institutions. The Execution Of The Object Of This Contract Involves, On The Part Of The Contractor, Access To The Processing Of Personal Data Of The Beneficiaries Of The Service. In This Framework, The Contractor Will Access Data For Which The Hospital Is Responsible, In Accordance With The Agreements And Protocols Established Between The Provincial Government Of Girona And The Hospital. The Contractor Must Strictly Follow The Instructions Of The Hospital In Relation To The Processing Of Personal Data, The Application Of The Corresponding Security Measures, Attention To The Rights Of The Persons Concerned, The Duty Of Confidentiality And The Rest Of Obligations Derived From Current Data Protection Regulations. Prior To The Start Of The Service, The Awardee Must Sign With The Hospital The Corresponding Treatment Commission Contract, Which Will Be Drafted By The Hospitals Legal Services.
