1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of External Walls Of A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Bardowskiego 34 And 34A In Częstochowa, Constituting A Municipal Resource Of The Commune Managed And Administered By The Housing Management Company, Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego W Częstochowa Spółka Z O.O. Street Polish Organization Military 24, 42-200 Częstochowa.2. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7.1. To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 8 To The Swz. In The Price Of The Offer, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. Note! The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To This Swz Are Only Supporting Material For The Contractor In Determining The Lump-Sum Price(S). The Quantities And Descriptions Of Individual Items In The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As Definitively Defining The Requirements For The Given Works.
