Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, Which Means The Possibility Of Proposing Equivalents Of The Requested Products, Having The Same Or Similar Features In Terms Of Chemical Composition, Functionality, Flexibility, Ergonomics And Durability. An Equivalent Offer Cannot Have Technical And Quality Parameters Lower Than Those Presented In The Swz By The Ordering Party.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5.All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated In This Tor Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Part Of The Order That He Will Hand Over To Subcontractors For Execution. The Contract Will Specify The Scope Of Work That The Contractor Will Perform On Its Own Or With The Help Of Subcontractors.7.The Consent Of The Ordering Party Is Required For The Contractor To Conclude An Agreement With A Subcontractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Draft Contract With The Subcontractor Along With Part Of The Documentation Regarding The Performance Of The Works Specified Therein. 8.
