The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works, The Scope Of Which Concerns The Reconstruction And Improvement Of The Functionality Of The Fire Station Building In Kaczorów, Located On Plot No. 348/1, Kaczorów District, Which Was Damaged As A Result Of The Flood In September 2024. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Facility In Order To Remove The Effects Of The Flood Event And Increase The Resistance Of The Infrastructure To Future Threats Related To Climate Change. The Implementation Of The Task Includes Comprehensive Construction Works Resulting From The Technical Documentation And The Investors Cost Estimate, Necessary To Restore The Functionality Of The Facility And Improve Its Technical Parameters, In Particular: • Exposure Of Foundation Walls • Installation Of Dimpled Foil • Installation Of Perimeter Drainage • Installation Of Collecting Wells • Repairs To External Walls • Insulation Of External Walls • Application Of Thin-Layer Plaster • Dismantling Of Roofing Felt, Cleaning The Roof Surface And Laying New Polystyrene • Plastering And Painting Of Chimneys • Delivery And Installation Of 2 Storage Furnaces Along With The Installation Of Electrical Installations To Power Them • Painting Walls And Ceilings Inside The Rooms • Replacing The Garage Door - 2 Pcs.
