Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of A Garage Building To Create Storage Space For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The Świekatowo Commune

The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of An Existing Garage And Warehouse Building (13 Terraced Boxes, Made Using Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Technology), Located On Plot No. 464, Świekatowo District, Świekatowo Commune, Intended For Storage Space For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Design Documentation Covers All The Works To Be Performed In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Expectations, But Only The First Stage Of The Task Is Covered By The Public Procurement. Scope Stage I Includes A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Building Through: • Preparatory And Demolition Works, Including The Dismantling Of Old Joinery, Gates, Fixtures And External Electrical Installations, As Well As Tearing Off The Damaged Roof Covering, • Repair Of The Reinforced Concrete Structure Of The Roof Eaves, Including Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Reinforcement, • Roofing And Waterproofing Works Of The Roof, Including The Construction Of A New Covering Made Of Thermally Welded Felt And Gutters, • Delivery And Installation Of New Gates Garages And Window And Door Joinery, Including Repair Of Jambs, • Repair Of Entrance Thresholds, • Cleaning, Priming And Painting Of The External Facade Of The Building (Color Of The Facade To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Task Implementation). The Detailed Scope And Technology Of Execution Of Individual Works Were Specified In The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To The Swz. Exclusions From The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include Works Indicated In The Design Documentation But Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities. I.E.: • Construction Of A New Electrical Installation (Apart From Dismantling The Existing External Installation), • Flooring Works Inside The Boxes, • Horizontal Waterproofing Outside The Entrance Thresholds, • Painting And Priming The Interior Of The Boxes, • Removal Of Greenery That Interferes With The Planned Renovation Of The Building.
