The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Northern Staircase And Adjacent Communication Spaces In Pavilion A-3. The Scope Of The Order Includes General Construction And Painting Works And Renovation Of Electrical Installations In The Area Covered By The Design Documentation. In Particular, The Subject Of The Order Includes: − Carrying Out Preparatory Works (Including Scaffolding), Securing Building Elements And Carrying Out Dismantling Works; − Repairing And Preparing The Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings, Filling In Plaster Defects And Carrying Out Painting Works; − Renovation And Painting Of Balustrades, Handrails, Metal Elements And Other Elements Of Staircase Equipment; − Execution Of Structures And Works Finishing Resulting From The Design Documentation; − Replacement Of Worn-Out Lighting Fixtures, Electrical Equipment And Necessary Elements Of The Electrical Installation; − Renovation Of Existing Electrical Boards, Installation Of The Necessary Cabling, Installation Of Lighting Control Devices And Work Related To The Arrangement Of Cable Routes; − Performance Of The Required Tests, Measurements, Commissioning, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Commissioning Of The Installation. The Contractor Must Provide A Full Warranty For The Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order (For The Entire Order (Materials, Devices, Labor) For Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months (3 Years) In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Warranty Statement
