Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Preventive Meals For Employees Of The Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum In Oświęcim.

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.1.Preparation Of Preventive Meals By The Contractor: A) Meals Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 28, 1996 On Preventive Meals And Drinks (Journal Of Laws Of 1996, No. 60, Item 279), I.E. They Should Contain Approximately 50% - 55% Carbohydrates, 30% - 35% Fats, 15% Proteins And Have Caloric Value Approx. 1000 Kcal. B) The Ordering Party Requires Delivery Of Freshly Prepared Hot Meals Ready To Eat In A Way That Protects Against Loss Of Temperature, In Hermetically Closed Disposable Pp 5 Packaging Along With A Set Of Disposable Cutlery And Paper Napkins. C) Meals Should Be Of High Quality, Both In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Weight, Taste And Aesthetics, Prepared In A Traditional Way, With A Minimum Net Weight Of 500 G And A Minimum Meat Insert Of 100 G. All Meals Delivered Should Come From One Batch Of The Prepared Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Meals Should Be Prepared In A Uniform Manner By The Contractor, At The Same Time And From The Same Quality Products, For Each Of The Planned Deliveries Referred To Referred To In Point 1.2. Point F).D) Preventive Meals Should Be In The Form Of A Hot Meal, Be Varied And Varied In Culinary Terms, And The Meals Should Not Be Repeated For At Least 10 Days. G) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Quality Of The Meals Provided And The Consequences Resulting From Negligence In Their Preparation And Transport, Including Civil Liability In This Respect, And Is Also Liable In This Respect In The Event That Meals Prepared And Delivered By The Contractor Cause Illness Or Health Disorder In The Ordering Partys Employees, Which Will Be Documented With An Appropriate Medical Certificate.H) As Part Of The Provision Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Principles Of Good Hygiene Practice, In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448).1.2.Delivery Of Preventive Meals To The Ordering Party: A) The Estimated Maximum Number Of Meals Covered By The Order During The Duration Of The Contract Is 7,748 Pieces. The Given Demand Is Indicative And May Change During The Period Of The Order. The Final Number Of Meals Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Ordering Party Guarantees The Minimum Value Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order At The Level Of 35%.
