The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Technical Documentation Along With The Execution Of Construction Works And Putting The Road Into Use For The Task Expansion Of The District Road No. 1576B Falki - Filipy In The Design-Build System.2.Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program - Appendix No. 9 To Swz.3.Preparation Of Design Documentation (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 2, 2004 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program) Includes The Preparation Of: - Detailed Design, - Construction Design, - Permanent Traffic Organization Design, - Temporary Traffic Organization Design, - Bill Of Quantities, - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, - Maps For Design Purposes, - Other I.E. Other Studies, Designs, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Separate Regulations, Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment.4.The Contractor Will Develop Design Documentation Covering All Industries Included In The Planned Investment. The Form And Scope Of The Design Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design.
