Mleczna In Orzesze-Gardawce On A Section With A Length Of Approx. 411 Meters, Consisting Of: Dismantling The Existing Asphalt Road Surface (Including Removal And Disposal Of Excavated Material), Installation Of Curbs On Exits, Construction Of A Mineral-Bituminous Surface Of The Road And Exits With A Total Area Of Approx. 2,305 M2, Re-Paving The Surface At The Entrances With Concrete Cubes Or Slabs, Replacing Damaged Elements Of The Sanitary Sewage System (Replacing 12 Sewer Manholes), Making Roadsides From Reclaimed Asphalt And Crushed Stone At The Entrances To The Property, Topsoiling The Slopes With Grass. Scope Of The Order: 1.Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Documentation, Opinions And Arrangements, Bill Of Quantities, Sstwior, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People And Property;2.In The Event Of Damage To The Existing Road Surface Outside The Works Area, The Above-Mentioned The Surface Should Be Restored To Its Original Condition;3.Organize The Work In A Way That Ensures The Use Of Water, Sewage, Electricity And Communication Means;4.When Calculating The Offer Price, Take Into Account Possible Costs Of Industry Supervision And Securing The Areas Utilities Network;5.Where There Is An Existing Utility Network, Exercise Particular Caution When Performing Construction Works. Any Approximations Should Be Agreed With The Network Operators;6.Enable Access By Emergency Vehicle If Necessary;7.Notify The Road Manager - The Mayor Of Orzesze, The Starosta Of Mikołów.
