The Subject Of The Order In Part I Is: Non-Consumer Operational Leasing Of A Brand New Delivery Vehicle Up To 3.5 Tons Gvw With A Multi-Seat Cabin (Doka) And A Tipper Body. The Subject Of The Order Is Classified According To: Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv Classification) Under Code 66114000-2 (Leasing Services) The Subject Of The Order Is Not Insurance Of Leased Doka Delivery Vehicles. The Ordering Party Will Independently Insure The Leased Vehicles. The Insurance Policy Will Be Issued To The Contractor As The Owner Of The Vehicles. Therefore, Contractors Are Not Supposed To Include The Costs Of Insurance For Leased Cars In Their Offers. Contribution The Ordering Party Declares Its Own Contribution Of Up To 10% Of The Purchase Value. The Ordering Party Allows For Own Contribution After Signing The Leasing Agreement, Before The Formal Acceptance Of The Leased Item By The Ordering Party. In Addition, The Ordering Party Agrees To Pay The First Leasing Installment In The Same Month In Which The Ordering Party Officially Accepts The Leased Item. The Leasing Period Is 48 Months From The Date Of The Protocol Transfer Of The Leased Item To The Ordering Party. Then, The Leasing Will Bear Interest At A Variable Interest Rate.
