1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To Ensuring The Correct, Safe And Continuous Operation Of Gas Boiler Rooms Located In Buildings Managed By The Ordering Party, Including: 1) Ongoing Maintenance Of Gas Boilers, Devices, Fittings, Automation And Installations Located In The Boiler Room Rooms, Along With Maintaining Order And Maintaining The Required Documentation; 2) Commissioning Of The Boiler Room Before The Heating Season, Maintenance And Checking The Technical Condition Of Gas Boilers, Boiler Room Equipment, Fittings, Automation And Installations; 3) Diagnostics And Performance, Based On The Ordering Partys Orders, Of Emergency Repairs Of Gas Boilers, Boiler Room Equipment And Installations Located Within The Boiler Room; 4) Performing Protective Activities In The Event Of A Failure Or Condition That May Pose A Threat To Life, Health, Property Or Building Safety; 5) Preparing Information, Protocols, Readings And Other Documentation Required In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Activities Comprising Operation, Maintenance And Emergency Repairs Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Requirements Towards The Contractor. The List Of Boiler Rooms Along With The Technical Data Of The Devices Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - List Of Gas Boiler Rooms And Photos.
